Last updated: 25 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rokafella Media Solutions LLC (“Rokafella”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit rokafella.com, apply to work with us or book a call with us.

Who we are

Rokafella Media Solutions LLC runs this website. Our business address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Our founder is responsible for how we handle personal information. You can contact us about privacy at king@rokafella.com.

Information we collect

When you apply through our website, we collect the details you give us. We need your first name or stage name, email address, country, creator stage and both confirmations to consider your application; everything else is optional:

  • your first name or stage name, and your email address

  • your WhatsApp or phone number, if you add it

  • your country, and whether you are a new or established creator

  • your main social profile, if you add it

  • anything you write in the message field

  • your confirmation that you are 18 or older and that you have read this Privacy Policy

We also record when you applied, and we keep our own notes about your application, such as its status and any call we arrange.

If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and chosen time, and the booking is added to our Google Calendar. Calls take place on Google Meet. We don’t record or transcribe calls.

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. If you message us on Instagram, Facebook or Snapchat (@rokafellamedia), we receive your message and the profile details the platform shares with us, and that platform’s own privacy policy also applies.

Please don’t include sensitive information in your application or messages. This includes details about your health, sex life or sexual orientation, as well as passwords, identity documents, payment details and explicit content. The application form never asks for them. If the public profile you share shows sensitive information about you, we only look at what you have chosen to make public, and only to consider your application.

When you browse the site, our website host, Framer, automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. We use Framer’s built-in analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device, but it does read basic settings from your browser, such as your time zone and language. We don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t let advertising or tracking companies do so through our site, so our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.

How we use your information

  • to review your application and contact you about it

  • to look at the public social profile you share with us, if you add one

  • to explain privately how we work, before anything is agreed

  • to arrange a call, if you ask for one

  • to keep a record of your confirmations

  • to run, secure and improve the website, including counting visits with Framer’s cookie-free analytics

  • to meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We don’t make decisions about you by automated means alone: every application is reviewed by a person.

Your consent

By sending us an application, booking a call or contacting us, you agree to us using your information as this policy describes. The privacy tick-box on our application form confirms that you have read this policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as needed:

  • Framer, which hosts this website, provides its built-in visitor analytics and sends application form submissions securely to our lead system

  • Cloudflare, which hosts our private application database (stored in Western Europe) and the service that alerts us to new applications

  • Namecheap, which hosts our business email, king@rokafella.com. Our email alerts about new applications don’t include your name or contact details

  • Telegram, which we use for private internal alerts. These show only a reference number, creator stage, country and time, never your name or contact details

  • Calendly, if you choose to book a call. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to bookings

  • Google, which provides the calendar that bookings are added to, and Google Meet, which we use for calls

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International transfers

Rokafella is based in the United States, so information you send us is processed there. Our application database is stored in Western Europe, and the other service providers listed above may process information in the United States and other countries, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. While your information is in another country, it may be accessible to that country’s courts, law enforcement and national security authorities. You can contact us for more information.

How long we keep it

If we don’t go on to work together, we keep your application, our notes about it, and related emails and calendar entries for 12 months after the last activity on your application, such as your most recent application or our last update to it. We check our records every month and delete anything that has passed this point. If we do work together, we keep what the working relationship needs for as long as it lasts, then delete or anonymise it. We keep information for longer only if we need it to meet a legal obligation or to deal with a legal claim. Deleted information can remain in backups for a short time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To make a request, email king@rokafella.com. Making a request is usually free. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within four weeks. If we need longer, for example because your request is complex, we will tell you within those four weeks, explain why and say when you can expect our reply.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. We will then stop using your information, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation or to deal with a legal claim, and we may no longer be able to consider your application.

You can also complain to the data protection or privacy regulator where you live, for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca), the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or New Zealand’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). We’d appreciate the chance to help first.

Age

This website and our services are only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn that we have.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. Applications are sent over encrypted connections and stored in a private database with access limited to Rokafella. No website or online service is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
